Product description:
Precipitation percentage anomalies are provided as departures from the 1981-2010 normal to discribe the precipitation abnormal directly. Precipitation percentage anomalies are calculated by sum of daily precipitation and 1981-2010 monthly precipitation normal. Data from more than 3000 stations are used.
