Product description:
The observatory is located halfway up a mountaneous cape facing the Pacific Ocean. The observatory is surrounded by insignificant woods and grass. Annual normal rainfall amount is about 1300 mm. Annual mean temperature is about 10 °C. Prevailing wind direction is westerly.
