The Atmospheric Motion Vector(AMV) is the atmospheric movement direction, speed and height products are derived from recognition of cloud patterns using the sequential satellite images and supplementary data(NWP data). It is calculated from 4 channels(IR1, water vapor, shortwave infrared, visible) measurement. Observation area is the Extended Northern Hemisphere
